01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 007bet platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the 007bet platform and close any account you may have opened.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 007bet, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, arcade titles, virtual sports, and any promotional or loyalty programs associated with the 007bet brand.

007bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

007bet is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any bet on the 007bet platform. 007bet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld until verification is completed.

Registration Requirements

To register a 007bet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and your chosen payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 007bet platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. 007bet employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, and balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

007bet primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their access to and use of the 007bet platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 007bet makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction other than where it operates.

03 Account Responsibilities

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 007bet account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 007bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you suspect your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact 007bet support immediately. 007bet will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account.

Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information up to date. If your name, address, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawals or account verification.

Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 007bet account, including all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed. 007bet will treat all actions performed through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have formally reported a security breach to 007bet support prior to the relevant action occurring.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

007bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All account balances, deposits, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied by 007bet on transactions processed in BDT.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on 007bet is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits, although individual payment providers may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits. Players are advised to check the limits applicable to their chosen payment method before initiating a large deposit.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 007bet account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before a withdrawal can be processed, 007bet may require identity verification documents including a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one to three business days for standard requests.

Bonus Funds and Withdrawals

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the applicable wagering requirements have been met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account balance.

• Real-money deposits are always available for withdrawal, subject to identity verification requirements.
• Winnings derived from real-money play (not involving active bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to account verification status.
• 007bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

007bet offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus amounts credited to your 007bet account must be wagered at least thirty (30) times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that are not used within their validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. The following conditions apply to all 007bet bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Players who have self-excluded or opted out of promotional communications are not eligible for bonuses during the exclusion or opt-out period.
• 007bet reserves the right to withhold, modify, or reverse any bonus credit if it believes the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms or through fraudulent means.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without first satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

VIP and Loyalty Program

007bet operates a tiered VIP loyalty program. Progression through VIP tiers is based on cumulative real-money wagering activity on the platform. Benefits associated with each VIP tier — including cashback percentages, reload bonus amounts, withdrawal priority, and access to exclusive promotions — are determined solely by 007bet and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of the conditions under which they are awarded.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

Placing Bets

A bet is confirmed only when 007bet's systems have accepted and recorded the wager. A confirmation message or bet reference number displayed on screen constitutes acceptance of the bet by 007bet. In the event of a system error, communication failure, or technical fault that prevents a bet from being properly recorded, 007bet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bet types and markets across 007bet's sports betting and casino products. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placing a bet. 007bet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice, including applying personalised limits to individual accounts where patterns of play warrant such action.

In-Play Betting

007bet offers in-play (live) betting on a range of sporting events, including cricket matches, football fixtures, and other markets. In-play odds update continuously based on match conditions. 007bet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets, restrict bet acceptance, or void in-play bets in circumstances where the integrity of the market cannot be assured, including during periods of data feed delay or disruption.

Casino Games and RNG

All slot games, RNG table games, and other casino products available on 007bet use independently certified random number generators to determine outcomes. Game results are random and independent of previous outcomes. 007bet does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those providers' own game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Errors and Malfunctions

If an error occurs in the display of odds, game results, bonus calculations, or account balances — whether caused by human error, software fault, or data feed failure — 007bet reserves the right to correct the error and, where applicable, void any bets or transactions affected by the error. 007bet's liability in such circumstances is limited to returning the stake or deposit amount involved. Winnings arising directly from a manifest error in odds or game results will not be paid out.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 007bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on the 007bet platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the 007bet platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with betting activity on 007bet.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the 007bet platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to launder money or proceeds of criminal activity through the 007bet platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploiting such vulnerabilities will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 007bet staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your 007bet account at any time by contacting 007bet support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 007bet will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gambling tools available in the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, 007bet will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account and will not send promotional communications. Suspension by 007bet

007bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable period.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 007bet will notify the account holder where possible and will aim to complete the investigation within 30 days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, 007bet may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with these terms.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or transactional activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 007bet will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower), until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 007bet's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 007bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

007bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment systems, internet service providers, or data feed suppliers.

Governing Language and Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. Any translation of these terms provided for convenience is for reference only and has no legal effect.
